Highbanks Angus
Highbanks Angus was established in 1999 in the Maple Valley region of central Michigan and is a sustainable family farm that produces quality registered Angus genetics.
Our program consists of producing sound cattle with predictable traits and convenience built in. Our goal is to develop a herd with fertility, good udders, moderate framed fleshy cows and good dispositions. We believe good cattle should also have longevity and be forage efficient. We have used renowned cow families for calving ease & carcass merit projected to HIT the Certified Angus Beef (CAB) target. We are proud of our cow families of Gammer, Evergreen, Blackbird, Empress and Shamrock Vale’s. Our breeding program consists of intense AI and quality herd sires used to consistently produce genetics with balanced traits. Our current AI herd sires consist of Woodhill Mainline, GAR Retail Product, TC Total 410, and B/R New Day 454.
